Fundraiser for Smith tonight

POTEAU—A benefit fundraiser for Poteau Police Chief has been rescheduled for today.

The event will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Poteau Civic Center.

Cost is $5 and will include hamburgers/hot dogs (chips, dessert and drink). Children 5 and under are free.

There will also be a pie auction and a bake sale for cookies, breads, brownies and small items to be purchased. A quilt auction will be sponsored by the Poteau Masonic Lodge.
