Caldwell elected to FNB board
HEAVENER--On
Feb. 18, Mark Caldwell was elected a Director of First National Bank. First
National, a LeFlore county institution with $90 million in assets, has offices
in Heavener and Poteau.

Mark Caldwell, a Senior
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of First National Bank, has
been elected to the Board of Directors of FNB, a LeFlore County bank
with offices in Heavener and Poteau. |
Caldwell is presently a
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Bank. He is a native of
the Poteau area, graduating from Poteau High School in 1978. He holds a B.S. in
Finance from Oklahoma State University, an MBA from the University of Arkansas,
and is a Certified Public Accountant.
He has 12 years of work experience in Corporate Finance and 11 years of
experience in Commercial Banking, including 5 years as a Vice President of
Poteau State Bank.
Caldwell is a past President of the Poteau Rotary Club, a member of First
Christian Church in Poteau, and a member of Ducks Unlimited. He previously
served as Secretary/Treasurer of the LeFlore County Industrial Development
Authority for 15 years.
His wife, Lorraine, is Principal at Pansy Kidd Middle School in Poteau. He has
two children, Chase, of Poteau, and Chelsea, of Fayetteville.
Other members of the Board of Directors of First National Bank include Larry
Coy, Eldred Chronister, Dr. Randy Matos, Ken Primm, Jeff Cooper, Robert Krumme,
and Mike Brewer.
