Submitting a story to the Journal is easy. You can either send an email or mail the information to: LeFlore County Journal, P.O. Box 550, Heavener, Ok. 74937.

Please make sure your name is included along with a phone number in case there are any questions. Also remember to answer the five W's: Who, What, When, Where and Why.
