Nominations for all-county teams

The LeFlore County Journal will publish an all-county team for boys and girls.

There will be a Player of the Year, Coach of the Year and Newcomer of the Year, along with first team, second team and honorable mention selections.

All coaches, players and fans are encouraged to submit a ballot for the teams. The Journal will select the players but needs your help to make sure all the deserving players are recognized.

The Player of the Year goes to the player at a county school who you feel made the biggest difference for his or team. The coach of the year goes to who you feel did the best coaching job of the county coaches this season.

Our newcomer of the year goes to a freshman or sophomore who made the biggest impact on their team in their inaugural season of play at the varsity level.

The teams will be named after all the county teams have finished their season. We will announce the date after the end of the season. After filling out the ballot, please submit by email or mail to: LeFlore County Journal, P.O. Box 550, Heavener, Ok. 74937
