Margaret Ann Drake

POTEAU—Margaret Ann Drake, 70, of Poteau, passed away Thursday, Jan. 21, 2010 in Pocola. She was a homemaker and born June 5, 1939 in Monroe.

Services will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at Evans Chapel of Memories in Poteau with the Rev. Jimmy D. Cook officiating. Interment will be in Oakland Cemetery in Poteau with the arrangements provided by Evans & Miller Funeral Home of Poteau.

She is survived by a son, Charles and Missy Drake of Poteau; three daughters, Susie McCoy and Charlie of Poteau, Donna Carden Eller of Panama, Sandy and Tim Crase of Panama; a brother, John Henry Mahorney of Helena; three sisters, Sue Dildine of Owasso, Sallie Bush of Bentonville and Barbara Alusi of Atlanta; 10 grandchildren, Haley, Torey, Jeff, Aaron, Chris, Jon, Jordan, Jason, Tyler and Kali; five great-grandchildren, Brett, Trinity, Colton, Cassie and Avery; one great-granddaughter on the way; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and loved ones along with many beloved friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband Leon Drake; two brothers, Chad Mahorney and Troy Mahorney; and her parents, Troy and Flora Bell (Barnes) Mahorney.

Pallbearers will be Jeff McCoy, Chris McCoy, Aaron McCoy, Brad Royston, John Carden and Jordan Carden.
