Nora Ruth Johnson

POTEAU—Nora Ruth Johnson, 91, of Poteau, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 24, 2010 in Poteau. She was born Dec. 30, 1918 in Boswell, Okla. And was a homemaker.

Services will be Monday at 2 p.m. at the Evans Chapel of Memories in Poteau with the Rev. Jimmy D. Cook officiating. Interment will be at Oakland Cemetery in Poteau with arrangements under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home of Poteau.

Survivors include a son, James and Margie Robinson of Texas; daughters Wanda Allen and Nancy Olson of Poteau and Janet and Howard Pyle of Poteau; 10 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and loved ones; a host of beloved friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband Albert “Cleve” Johnson; four brothers; one sister; and three grandchildren Darren Robison, Tina Robison and Jay Pyle.

Pallbearers will be her grandchildren.
