Heavener, Pocola split two games

HEAVENER—Brandon Spangler hit a two-run home run to lift Pocola to a 7-5 win over Heavener in the second game of the district tournament here Friday.

The Wolves won the earlier game, 12-4. Spangler’s blast came with two outs in the seventh inning to keep the Indians alive.

The third and deciding game is scheduled to be played at Heavener on Friday at 4 p.m.
