Spiro band going to Washington

SPIRO—The Spiro High School Band has been selected to represent the State of Oklahoma in Washington D.C. to march in the Independence Parade on July 4, 2010. 

To make the trip and have an experience of a lifetime, the band needs help. The band and boosters have scheduled a series of fundraisers in preparation.

The following are the fundraising events scheduled: 

Now until Feb 5, 2010                      Super Bowl Sunday Rib Sales
prepaid orders only
1 rack of ribs smoked by Wade Branscum $20 per rack, available to pickup
On Feb 7^th at 1^st Assembly Community Center @ Spiro from 2:00 – 5:00 p.m.

Feb 6, 2010                           Spiro Chamber of Commerce Trivia Night

Feb 27, 2010             Spiro Band Booster Spaghetti Dinner/Auction
Spiro Cafeteria dinner @ 6:00 pm.

Now until March 27, 2010                            Pig Donation
donate to the Spiro Band and have an opportunity to win a pig donated with processing donated by Kilgore Meat Processing in Stigler.
